Self rated global improvement at final follow up (table 2) was consistent with outcome on the other measures of fatigue,

The main outcome was attendance at school at least 75 % of the time and a fatigue score of less than 4.20 Subsidiary outcomes included the

scale, 22 the fear questionnaire, 23 and global self ratings of improvement and satisfaction with treatment.
