A recent press report indicates that DEC will commission a second
socioeconomic impact analysis, but the agency has done no formal announcement about any such review.

impact of maltreatment for attachment security as well as disorganization, but the accumulation of
socioeconomic risks appears to have a similar
impact on attachment disorganization.
