On quick review of the cookbook I was delighted to see that the recipes used simple ingredients, that the meals would be easy and quick to prepare AND that they would indeed be flavorful, despite the fact that none of the recipes contain oil, very little of them use sweeteners (and when they

Hi Jenny, Just this week I was told by my doctor that I can not EVER eat out again,
do to a liver disease... I have to avoid all preservatives,
SODIUM and anyhting in a package... I can not wait to try this..
Try to find wraps that are high in fiber, low in
