This looks well worth watching, from a layman's point of view, more of the same would suggest a weaker or non-existent
next Solar magnetic cycle.
However, we conclude that the imprint of this Modern Maximum (e.g. Earth climate forcing) would essentially result from time - integration effects (system inertia), since exceptionally high amplitudes of
the solar magnetic cycle can not be invoked anymore.
In addition, with
the solar magnetic cycle in a minimum, the large scale magnetic field and solar heliosphere should be reduced.
The solar magnetic cycle that flips polarity at the poles approximately every 11 years is dependent on the reversing flux from spent sunspots that migrate to the poles.
