For that reason, the remastered version of Lock's Quest, a sleeper hit developed by 5th Cell and originally released in 2008 for the Nintendo DS, still holds up for the most part as a fun and challenging strategy romp thanks to it's
solid core
gameplay — if you can handle the wonky adapted control
setup.
The presentation of the game is
solid with a great user interface across various menus such as the main menu, lobby menu, talk menus,
setup menus, options menus and
gameplay menus with support for navigation via the left analogue stick, d - pad and face buttons, although there is no support for navigation via the right analogue stick, touch screen and rear touch pad.
