I got the barley flour from my local Bulk Barn (a bulk food store) but you could likely get
it a a health food store if you don't have a bulk food store near you.
I can get away with
calling it a health food, in moderation, because, honestly, I'd rather be dead than live without sweets.»
This does look wonderfully cake - like, but baking it in a loaf pan surely means I can have it for breakfast — not to mention that the whole wheat flour
makes it health food.
I even threw some super foods in the mix by adding some chia and pumpkin seeds, does this make
it a health food?

it a health food, just as a food sold at Whole Foods does not make it a health food.

Plus, we're pretty sure that chocolate contains antioxidants that fight cancer, which makes
it a health food.
Because bigger is always better... and they've got fruit in them... though I'm not sure that exactly makes
