about, because it take's way too f**king long and whilst you are trying to buy influencers dinners, take them out for a nice
meal, buy them
something expensive and paint their house for free in return for a link, your competitors got 1000 profile links for $ 200 and are kicking your ASS in the SERPs.
The idea is not new — we read in the gospels
about the many times where things happened in or around a
meal — and the reason is pretty simple: God wants our union together to be that natural, to derive from
something that genuine.
So we came up with
something new for the
meal plan category that we're very excited
about: the
meal plan mini!
I find that having a mix of plant - based protein in each
meal works perfectly for me, but if this is

meal options I came up with had to be: # 1 things that would be fairly easy to prepare (I wasn't
about to take an extra hour on Sunday to make
something elaborate), # 2 had to be foods I could easily manipulate the nutritional profile for (ensuring a balance of protein, carbs, and fat), # 3 the food had to store well in the fridge or freezer, # 4 they had to reheat well in either the toaster or microwave OR be eaten cold right from the fridge, and # 5 ideally, they needed to be things she could easily eat in the car on the way to school (remember, it takes us at least 20 minutes with no traffic to get to school so eating in the car gives us even MORE time to sleep lol).
Butter chicken is a staple
meal in our house (using yogurt), it's also
something we dearly miss
about living in the city (we lived really close to an Indian restaurant).
My husband told me my mom would have explained the
meal prep the same way — says
something about her cooking, too, right?
There is
something so special
about having the whole family together for a
meal.

about the fresh jackfruit with all those delicious juicy fruit pods that can be eaten as a delicious raw snack or transformed into a

Christine, that roasted broccoli sounds delicious, and I make
something similar at home, but for our schools which are literally serving
meals out of a closet, there are no ovens that heat as high as 450, just a retherm oven that maxes out at
about 300, and is not really meant to be set higher than
about 250 to reheat the frozen partially thawed
meals which is all these kitchenless schools can handle.
