readers a glimpse into the life that has made him
something of a legend among those who know him.
Barr's engaging and accessible articles have long been familiar to
readers of First Things, and those looking
for something different by way
of vacation reading this summer might pick up the recently - published collection
of his essays, The Believing Scientist.
The goal with titling is to come up with

Sure, not every article will be
of interest (yet) to our younger
readers, but there is sure to be a thought - provoking article in every issue, a blog post worthy
of perusing and reposting on Facebook or Twitter, a poem —
something that will catch their eye and remind them that the Truth is worth loving and, when necessary, worth fighting
for.
One
of the challenges
