Because I like to end my day with

sweet as Peanut Butter Balls in January.
In order to choose
something sweet and appropriate for today's
post, I had to do a quick Google search of popular Mardi Gras desserts.
I have been craving
something sweet for about a week now, and my sister, Natalie
posted a picture last night of brownies that made me have to go make some too.
For a
post workout snack I've been drawn to either a salad or
something sweet potato based.
Granted, I haven't been
posting all that often lately but that was also the last time I baked
something sweet outside of blogging as well.
We are currently on a mission of fridge clean - up so my eats for the past couple days look
