I'm working hard at deciding if my
food is nourishing (in mind, body, or soul, because
sometimes it's more about the
eating with friends and
less about what the
food is...) and this is so helpful.
Sometimes just
eating less of the
food group, or taking a break can do wonders.
I'm
sometimes curious if the reason my child will — thankfully —
eat just about anything (except meat), is that I
ate such a variety of
foods while nursing her, often with
less than pleasant results for her later that day.
And be sure to stay hydrated —
sometimes dieters cut back on water when they
eat less food.

less breast milk around the time a sippy cup is introduced because they are
eating more solid

ate less candy afterward than a group of women who also
ate the doughnuts but who weren't given the same compassion intervention.
Because we live in the day and age of cheap, processed, fake
foods and
less - than - stellar environmental situations, our bodies can easily get overloaded with toxins from the things we
eat and drink, and
sometimes even just from the air we breathe.
Food combining for children is not always easy to do, so
sometimes they
eat less than ideal combinations.
I feel so much better when I
eat less junk
food and drink more water but its so difficult
sometimes not to cave in to what's easy.
But in the busy life of a teacher, who has time to think about healthy
eating, much
less sorting through the
sometimes - conflicting claims about the nutritional value of various
food choices?
