I keep trying to
make a smoothie
for breakfast, as I've seen you suggest, but
sometimes it is just TOO cold in the morning
for me to feel like having that.
I started
making these regularly
for breakfast over the summer,
sometimes alternating them with protein shakes.

for breakfast, or visiting the same cafe when you want a place to grab internet, etc), then
sometimes within those routines you will
