I provide collaborative, in - depth talk therapy with individuals and couples dealing with
sometimes painful issues ranging from depression, anxiety, loss and trauma to trouble with relationships, and difficult life transitions.

I try to understand that from the many sides of the
issue, people's views and opinions are often deeply rooted in
sometimes very
painful and personal experiences.
Though they can (
sometimes) be less
painful or frustrating than early nursing challenges,
issues like nibbling, lazy latches, and more can be a total drag.
Elimination
issues, aggression as well as other behavior challenges can be caused by
painful and
sometimes serious diseases, injuries and chronic conditions.
Or, put another way, developing an original resume is like going to an annual health exam (uncomfortable and
sometimes a bit
painful) and afterward, the resume requires continuous, rigorous checkups to address additions to your career chronology / achievements and / or changes in career direction, but for the health of your career and for preventive care reasons (and
sometimes, unfortunately, to address career health
issues before they worsen), a meaningful, well thought out resume process is essential!
It's hard work and
sometimes scary to talk about
painful issues, but the rewards of working through them include greater confidence in oneself, more fulfilling relationships, and joy.
