I am a big oatmeal fan, but let's face it,
sometimes plain oatmeal can be a bit dull.
Not exact matches
I do somehow think that even
plain oatmeal (rolled oats) and raisins or even the occasional sweet baked sweet potato
sometimes tastes really, really sweet to me after not having regular sugar.
Or, you know, as a single female,
sometimes just a bowl of
plain oatmeal.
Because I do this everyday, will maintaining my current carbohydrate level be okay (I eat cereal or
oatmeal with breakfast,
sometimes whole grain bread or a whole wheat wrap with lunch, and a
plain potato / sweet potato with dinner)?
