I bought some dried, split fava beans a couple of weeks ago, thinking I would make the crisp - fried ones you buy as a snack in various European countries, especially Spain, Portugal, and Italy (in my experience);
you sometimes see them in stores here (especially Portuguese ones) as well.

For example, if you spend some time
in a retail chain
store, within the next few days (or
sometimes hours), you might
see an Instagram ad for that
store in your feed.
Because even though I write here
in this space, daily baring my soul to a few thousand souls, the thought of getting on stage,
in front of 200 people I
see weekly,
sometimes daily, at dance lessons and the park, at Bible study and the grocery
store, to talk, oh, it made my knees knock.
But

store and just need to try them!
Now, I know chestnut flour isn't exactly something you
see everywhere but it can

in health food
stores amongst the other gluten - free flours.
Sometimes the company will be able to price a new product early
in the development cycle only to
see prices for ingredients change dramatically before the product is ever ready for
stores.

sometimes and I'm hesitant to make smoothies where I only use 1/4 or 1/2 of an avocado, because my attempts at
storing them
in the fridge have never worked, as the avocado always turns brown quickly.
You can

in grocery
stores, but I usually just purchase them online (

I do find better meat prices and
sometimes produce prices at my local hispanic
stores so i shop the sales there, but Aldi's produce is higher quality from my experience (i've
seen lots of people comment that Aldi's produce is never fresh, but i've honestly never had that problem except for some soft avocados and moldy strawberries, but they were
in the process of unloading a new shipment as I shopped).

I have been doing kefir for a few years and I have never refriderated it — it never goes bad or spoils — the white slimy is unusual — maybe cause its» un» --- pasteurized - milk --- - I make my kefir from a --- non - fat gallon of regular
store bought milk - and don't have any issues its great — I make cheese and juice — the cheese is for dips — and salads and tuna mix and all that — great
in soups and stews — the juice I make protein smoothies out of it — every day a 16 ounce smoothie — just protein powder and kefir juice and
sometimes a blender with banana or some other fruit — its awesome and I have no digestive issues ever — hope this info helps — keep using it maybe try non fat regular milk —

see that the initial spend more than pays for itself over the long run.
