I decided to throw in two overripe bananas too, plus
some peacans.
My favorite recipe is the orange cranberry
peacan bread.
And
the peacan - crust is a very good idea!
I substituted rasins for the cranberries, walnuts for
the peacans and flaxseed meal for the wheat germ.
The yummy part is I also brushed them with egg white and rolled them in chopped
peacans!
Next time I may try adding walnuts or
peacans.
I have replaced all my snacks with walnuts, almonds,
peacans and pistachios and I have lost 16 lbs in 12 weeks.
