I have a hubby who isn't usually fond of
healthy eating (likes white bread and pasta vs whole grain, disposes non fat dairy products, etc.) and a
son who's finicky
about veggies.
My
son was born 32 wks weighing 1,5 kg now he is 20 months chronically but he still under weight
about 7,6 now it's worrying and the peditricain is saying he will pick at 2 with everything I just need to get him to
eat more
healthier since he also not a fan of food with texture I always puree his food... and his also Lactose intolerant and he is also delaying in his milestones but he is such a happy child ever.
I gave birth to my first
son, rested for 3 months before going back to the gym and be serious
about eating healthy.
My wife and I were very serious
about our two
sons being active and
healthy, but at the same time we would sit at their baseball games and
eat food that was bad for us and get fat.
I am one of those parents of whom you refer to as being ever so cautious
about what I was
eating (Paleo), but I continued giving my 4 yr old
son sprouted grains (thinking they were a «
healthy» alternative and that every kid is fine with a sandwich).

healthier dishes and feel good
about what you are
eating:)
