One thing that was suggested
to me (and my little dude started
daycare at 4 months) that I found extremely helpful was
to go and spend a couple of hours there with your
son during that first week.
When my
son was
going to daycare on the campus where I was taking college courses, his teacher taught him
to drink from a cup without a sippy lid.
So it's possible that your
son will be
going through that and that everything
going on will be rough, including the transition
to daycare.
My younger
son refused breastmilk from a bottle, and so when he
went to daycare, only had formula, but outside of
daycare, he breastfed all the time.
You have a
son and he is ready
to potty train or maybe you want
to have him potty trained because of
going to a
daycare or caregivers house.
Then I
went to the family meet & greet for my
son's
daycare enrollment & they stated they provide Gerber foods.
I
went to pick my
son up from
daycare around 5 pm, continued
to have contractions throughout picking him up, bringing him home, playing with him and feeding him dinner.
After the bath, I laid down before I had
to go pick up my
son from
daycare.
some times I pump more in my first session but I fed my
son this morning before he
went to daycare.
When my youngest
son was 2 years old he
went to a licensed in home
daycare.
