son's tall and big, almost 22 months - close to being 35» and 30 lbs, and he's still rear facing - I'm waiting until he's at the max
of the
car seat weight limit (40 lbs) to turn him around - his legs might look cramped, but I'm going for safety - he also now extends his legs
out over the sides or up on the back

seat... pretty creative.

The extra two
seat which pop up
out of the boot floor are only seriously ment for children due to their small size, but I would personally worry if I had to place my two
sons effectively in the rear most extreme point
of the
car just incase it was hit from behind.
BUT: let me say, to not do an arranged play date, just the Mom telling HER
son they are going for a drive, and then her coming over JUST to your front yard (not saying anything to HER
son) and YOU coming
out of the house, to say hi to them and THEN asking BOTH boys, the friend's
son in the
car seat, AND you asking Steevenson if he'd like to step outside, to say hello to their playground friend from the other day... OK, Dr. Gloria is DONE.
