I really like recipes from Sinaloa, my favourite dish is
sopes estilo Sinaloa.
Usually you
cook sopes by frying them on both sides in oil.
I'll make some
plain sopes too so I can fill them up with lots of creations.
So much so that we're still coming up with things to fill the
leftover sopes.
The restaurant may not serve burritos, but with a plate full of
chorizo sopes ($ 6), al pastor tacos ($ 3.50) and crispy chicken taquitos accompanied by silky guacamole ($ 7), we're sure you won't miss them.
