We didn't use
any sort of adhesive or nail them into the studs... my husband just used a nail gun and put six or so nails in each plank.
I'm hoping Soft Claws 2.0 has
some sort of adhesive built in to the tip.

adhesive ball to collect all
sorts of objects from different sizes (chickens, cars, buildings, planets, you name it).
Any
sort of paper can be used but I suggest using an
adhesive paper so there's no need for glue.
Stikwood has some great educational videos on their website, but basically all you have to do is make sure your wall is level (if it's not they have tips on how to handle that), remove the
adhesive on the back
of the panels (they send you all
sorts of sizes) and apply in the pattern that you wish.
