love triangle of sorts with a seductive artist, Juan Antonio, complicated even further when his former wife, Maria Elena — a talented and tempestuous artist whose passion excites and destroys — reappears.
And no wonder: the film stars Joaquin Phoenix, Marion Cotillard and Jeremy Renner in a
love triangle of sorts, as Phoenix «helps» Cotillard as she immigrates to the US in the 1920, then traps her in a life
of prostitution.
And there may or may not be some
sort of odd
love triangle with 54 - year - old Hughes somehow in the mix (do yourself a favor and try not to think about that scenario too much).

of the dialogue is sadly more akin to a Disney movie, but raunchier.
Not sure how I ended up feeling about the
love triangle...
sort of threesome... but the book was well written in that it made sense in context.
