things we need to do for a (good) freebie: — RRB - I am Rosa, live in London and the
food I like the most is Catalan, in particular my mother's traditional style
of cooking with lots
of just picked up vegetables from the garden, all
sorts of pulses, crusty bread with tomato and olive oil and could go on.
The only
thing I can think
of to save what you do have is to place it all in a
food processor or blender and pulse until it can
sort of come together, hope this helps!
Let me start by admitting that yes I know it's June, and banana bread is typically a fall / winter
sort of thing, but despite the fact that the weather for this June started out really cold for CT, I just wanted some home - y comfort

They both contain super
foods, greens,
things like chorela and spirolina, blue - green algae, all
sorts of basically alkalinic super
foods that help the body fight off inflammation, have a less acidic state, give you a little bit more energy and they're very, very nutrient dense forms
of nutrition meaning that there are not a lot
of calories but a high amount
of nutrients and minerals and vitamins.
Soluble fiber should be consumed moreso within the winter months because soluble fiber like I said breaks down into a liquid, it becomes
sort of a gel, a gelatinous, gooey kind
of substance and what it does it hydrates your internal, your body internally and it creates a kind
of a coats the walls
of your intestines with this gel, this
sort of mucus if you will and it creates a slippery environment in your intestines so that when you eat
food or consume drinks or
food or anything it slips through and it slides through the intestines like it should as opposed to getting stuck and creating intestinal backup, colon backup and
things like that.
In fact, every once in a while, I will find myself blinded by the stresses
of life, when the next
thing I know, I'm up to my elbows in butter, flour (alternative flour,
of course), and some
sort of real
