Sounds delicious, I would use cilantro instead of parsley in
this soup as garnish for people who loves cilantro
I can also see adding a little minced Serrano chili if you are a fan of spicy foods, and you could add chopped avocado to the blender, or to
the soup as a garnish, if you wish.
You can also add pomegranates to
the soup as a garnish which provides extra nutrition and gives it a nice color contrast.
Right before serving I squeezed one lime into the soup and then served additional lime slices alongside
the soup as a garnish.
