Combining avocado and Greek yogurt provides a healthy, creamy alternative than your usually mayo or
sour cream based dressings.
Plus, it's an awesome alternative for the usual dairy - filled,
sour cream based burrito bowl dressings.
This particular one took advantage of the last of our chipotle peppers and our newfound southwest herb rub, made into a simple
sour cream based dressing.
I haven't had Green Goddess dressing in a while because I am not about the mayo and
sour cream based dressing, so I can't wait to try this one soon!
Of course, I couldn't serve the fish sticks without some type of sauce, which is why I created a riff on the typical mayo and

based by using coconut oil for the fat and unsweetened almond milk in place of the whole milk and / or
