soya milk drinks with more than 7g of total sugar per 100 ml, malted or chocolate drinks with more than 8g of total sugar per 100 ml and coffee based drinks or coffee flavoured drinks with 6g of total sugar per 100 ml.

soya, lactose, possibly
milk, peanut allergy (mild, rash only), possibly coriander, some ingredient in squash
drinks,... But nothing I know of in these ingredients.

milk and I usually
drink soya or rice
milk.

milk 1 in the morning, 3 pm snack at bedtime and sometimes at midnight or he just sleeps right through, which is bliss for me lol my problem is my breasts don't feel empty but not engorged which is very strange because with my first daughter I only breast fed for 3 weeks and it dried up within a few days.
I
drink a shake of oatmeal blended with chia seeds with
soya milk for lunch everyday with some vanilla extract for flavour!
I
drank soya milk for years from when I was about 8 until my early - mid teens as a cow's
milk substitute, and while I haven't touched it since (and wouldn't go near it again), I wonder whether this has managed to have a lasting impact on my hormonal levels.
I chose
soya milk as it had protein, but I do nt know what I should
drink instead that would give me just as much protein!
Soya milk is so much easier to
drink because I can buy it in cartons from the supermarket fridge — I will cut down though (have been getting through up to 2 pints a day some days).
