This is always a good idea when you're introducing your newborn to a new
space with different people.

In many cases, professionals are interested in coworking
spaces because of the opportunity to socialize and network
with different people.
You can sell it outright or
with the exit of a startup, or you can license it to
people who could do it better, or you can license to competitors in your
space or only in
different spaces.
