Ok, the centering with a p and a span tags work fine, but since you don't encourage the use of Header tags, I am at a loss for how I would code the following.
Note: The BB Design Pad wraps bold, italics, and underlined text using a span tags with the b, i, u class respectively.
I just did a «view source» on the example given, and the approach appears to be to reproduce the entire page, adding a span tag with an id for the quoted text, and other minor decorations.
