Speaking as an atheist, I don't need a billboard to promote who I am, to buck up other atheists (it's not a pro sport team), or to stick it to the folks who want to believe myths to be real.
In addition (
speaking as an atheist) I am told by proper, earnest, well - meaning evangelicals that it is an unforgiveable sin purely not to believe in God, and because of that, I'm beyond the pale and some kind of abomination in the eyes of God.
Speaking as an atheist I don't use the Bible as a guide to morality, I instead have to use other means.
It is hypocritical to claim we ought to fear Christians in light of the bible when
speaking as an atheist whose ideologies culminate in Marx.
And
speaking as an atheist, I don't have a problem with Thanksgiving.

speaks for many in our cynical, post-Christian society, and his vehement diatribes eloquently express modern secular attitudes towards religion, Christianity in particular.
If you're Christian and call him Jesus or Jewish and call him Jehovah (and I'm aware that they aren't allowed to
speak his name but that's what they know him
as) or Muslim and call him Allah or Pagan and believe in many gods or
atheist and follow Humanist principles what should matter is what you do with your life and how well you treat others.
