Special Dark cocoa powder, which is a blend of natural and Dutch - processed cocoa powder, is also a good choice.
If you can't find it, you can substitute Hershey's
Special Dark cocoa powder but keep in mind that the resulting frosting won't be quite as dark in color.
Oh man... I made these with Hershey's
Special Dark cocoa powder and chopped up a Godiva 63 % dark chocolate bar, a few squares not the whole bar, and added chopped up mounds... they were ridiculous!
Unfortunately I could not find the Hershey's
Special Dark cocoa powder (I tried 3 stores) so I had to make them with the regular cocoa powder.
