I live in rural South America, and the availability
of special flours is limited — I stock up when I can!
I also like baked goods that aren't always gluten free as I don't like to
get special flours delivered and I can buy spelt flour locally!

Yeah, if you don't need to be gluten - free, I don't blame people for not wanting to hassle with
the special flours and xanthan gum - specially when most gluten - free baked goods leave a lot to be desired:) Thankfully gluten - free baking has come a long way in the past couple years...
However, can I use non-organic, aluminum filled, everyday products, or does this recipe really only work well with
