I chose this one hoping it would be just in time for Thanksgiving, as it boasts two of my all - time faves (
pumpkin +
cheesecake) for this
special holiday.
What makes it so
special with
pumpkin cheesecake is that the streusel plays right off the cinnamon and spices.

special occasions.
When her son read that Foreman had eaten three servings of
pumpkin cheesecake as part of his unique preparation for Holyfield, he had encouraged Marie to make one for the big man because she has a
special recipe.
