It's possible that your PC has
a special recovery partition that will allow you to start the Windows Recovery Environment without needing a physical disc.

partition setup: First HDD: - C for the OS - D
recovery partition (often hidden)- E for personal files (so you have to move your
special folders «Documents, Pictures, Downloads etc. there and preferably your mail etc..
If you need to edit
partitions from outside your operating system, you can just boot into the
recovery environment — you don't have to download a
special partitioning tool and boot into it.
Disk Utility is even accessible from
Recovery Mode, so you can
partition your Mac's hard drive without having to create and load up any
special bootable tools.
