While some people believe that diets work because you eliminate all plants (carnivore / zero carb) or animals (i.e. vegan), I'm sceptical about the «magic» of
any specific dietary approach.

In stead of promoting 1 particular
approach as better than all the rest, I think that we can actually tailor our
dietary choices to our
specific needs and based on our health status (or disease status as the case may be).
In my work with autism, ADHD, and healthy children, I understand, apply and customize the varied
dietary strategies, aiming to identify a most suitable diet for a
specific individual based on their unique biochemical needs — I call this a BioIndividual NutritionTM
approach.
From a
