I need a high -
speed blender so I can make smoothies as luscious - looking as that!
I don't have a high
speed blender so I soaked the oats in 1/4 cup of the almond milk and soaked the dates in some water for 15 - 30 min.

speed blender but also can't stretch to Vitamix,
so instead I'm thinking Omniblend.
If you have a
blender, especially a high -
speed one like a Vitamix, it's
so easy to «hide» all kinds of things in your smoothies.
Add all the dry ingredients to a food processor or
blender and process on high
speed so the oats turn into coarse flour and all ingredients are mixed.
I was
so excited to try this recipe that I went out and purchased a KitchenAid 2
speed hand
blender.
Once it's cooled to around room temperature or

speed blender, add the dates, blueberries and vanilla extract.
And remember that high

so be prepared for some bits if your

speed blender, I really encourage you to soak your cashews overnight, or for at least 20 to 30 minutes the day of
so that you can achieve a nice smooth creamy consistency.
I don't have a «juicer»
so I just blend the chopped carrots in a high
speed blender and then strain the juice out through a fine mesh strainer.
This recipe requires a high
speed blender such as a nutribullet to make the dressing completely smooth,
so in the absence of one, you may need to soak the cashew nuts in warm water for up to half an hour before preparing to ensure it's completely smooth.
I just made these with a Blendtec,
so a high
speed / power
blender, and yep, they didn't turn out looking anything like this.

so to be on the safe side, you might want to use cooked sweet potato in this smoothie if you're not sure whether your smoothie can handle it.

So if you are on the fence as to purchase a good
blender or a juicer, I personally recommend going with a nice high
speed blender and then purchase an $ 10 nut milk bag, which can be used for making homemade almond milk and fresh juices!
Add the hazelnuts to a food processor or high
