And I went from being a fairly elite athlete, just feeling like I could run through a wall, almost invincible at 23, and then I was having terrible
insomnia, ridiculously bad brain fog, I would eat anything and just feel like an idiot for three hours,
spells of fatigue.
As time went on, I started to feel worse emotionally, eventually having crying
spells, anxiety attacks, overwhelm,
insomnia, significant fatigue and even restless leg syndrome that no amount
of burgers could resolve.
