I had slightly more steak
than the
recipe so the
spices weren't as strong as the
original.
But this
recipe reinvents the
original by baking the eggs rather
than frying them, and adding layers of flavor with the addition of a
spiced avocado spread, swiss cheese and honey - maple ham.
I made a few changes — I doubled the entire
recipe except the beef (I used 1.5 lbs for the whole thing), 1 can garbanzo and 1 can black beans in place of kidney beans, and I used more of the
spices than the
original measurments.
This
recipe for Pumpkin Cakes with Pecan Praline Sauce was featured in the Paleo Magazine last year but didn't list the
recipe creator so I don't have a link to the
original recipe for credit, the only thing I changed was adding pumpkin pie
spice rather
than cinnamon and nutmeg.
