MY WIFE AND I go to
spinning class a couple of mornings a week.
I am a mesomorph and used to do
a spin class a couple of times per week and I was fine (but I did a lot of running also).
I even tried aerobics and
a spin class a couple of years ago, but I felt too self - conscious to go back.
I'm heading to happy hour tonight with a former coworker, hitting up
