Here is what I do: -
Set aside time for daily meditation (it helps me
spiritually and for mental
focus each day)- Go to be early and wake up early so I can plan my day and maximize my time (it prevents me from getting overwhelmed)- I prioritize my life: self - care, family, and God come first, other commitments take a backseat and get scheduled based on dates and urgency - I don't over commit myself.
