If you like a more porridge style breakfasts you can pop this on the stovetop with
a splash more almond milk and heat to your liking.
Note: * To serve warm: remove overnight oats from fridge and add to a saucepan with
a splash more almond milk.
When it didn't look «battery» enough, I added
a splash more almond milk, which then made it too runny for pancakes BUT perfect for «oatmeal - ish.»
I was nervous about a tablespoon of vanilla, so I did a heaping teaspoon instead and I added
a splash more almond milk because of the «dry» comments.

As before, whizz up in blender or smoothie maker, add
a splash more Almond Milk as necessary to adjust consistency, serve in plastic beaker with a straw!

Place the banana coins on your hot bowl of oatmeal, top with the crumbled banana bread,
almond butter, maple syrup, and if you want, a
splash more plant
milk.
This is still a pretty basic gluten - free buckwheat - based pancake at it's core (although the ingredient list still looks long, the pancakes are quick to throw together); I just swapped out the yogurt for a little
more almond milk with a
splash of apple cider vinegar to imitate the acid in yogurt.
Apart from my herbal tea, which I just add hot water to and maybe a
splash of unsweetened
almond, hemp or coconut
milk, sometimes I want something a little
more fun or filling.
