Just last week a friend of mine asked if there was anyone who consistently
spoke truth into my life.
In his Restoration Therapy model, he lays out four simple steps to help people create change, and it is a great example of self - talk, which is the practice of
speaking truth into your life.
Or as I like to call it,

I realize that many people of faith, have had religion beat
