While cooking the tuna, I brought the marinade to a boil so we could
spoon extra sauce
over our fish and
rice.
Spoon some salsa
over each steak and serve with the
rice.
You can dunk tortilla chips in or
spoon it
over fish tacos or scrambled eggs or serve it with some
rice and beans and grilled peppers.

I absolutely love combining the sauce with chickpeas and then
spooning them

- While the squash roasts, cook the ground beef by placing a medium - size non-stick pan
over medium - high heat, and drizzling in about 1 tablespoon of olive oil; once the oil is hot, add in the onion, and saute for about 2 minutes; next, add in the ground beef and break it up with a
spoon / spatula into small crumble; once the beef has slightly browned, add in a couple of pinches of salt and pepper, the garlic, the cumin, the cayenne and the cinnamon, and stir to combine; allow the beef to finish browning, then turn the heat off, and turn the seasoned beef mixture out into a bowl; next, add to the beef the cooked brown

Suggestion - Cook chicken as directed,
spoon broth
over rice cooked normally.
I also changed the quantities of some of the ingredients, adding more orange and lemon juice, for instance, to allow for more sauce to
spoon over the chicken at the end, and to drizzle
over rice or noodles you might like to serve on the side.
Drizzle sushi vinegar
over rice, and cut and turn
rice with a paddle or large
spoon to incorporate evenly.
To plate, place 1 cup of the coconut brown
rice on a plate, top with tofu and a side of broccoli,
spoon over some of the sauce from the pan and garnish with green onions and peanuts.
In a bowl,
spoon in some
rice, then lots of the crispy tofu, and pour
over some of the sticky sauce.
Ladle the soup
over rice, stir to combine and eat it piping hot with a big ole»
