sauce over your noodles (or zoodles) right away OR ALTERNATIVELY... if you are using the «cheese» recipe, transfer the pasta, chicken, then
sauce into a casserole dish and
spoon some of the «cheese»
on top
Sprinkle with parsley then

Instead I just added the cheese to the
top of the eggplant the last few minutes it was baking and heated
sauce on the stovetop and
spooned it over the eggplant.

Spoon some warm lavender caramel
sauce on top and you've got a sweet combination that's to die for.
To plate, place 1 cup of the coconut brown rice
on a plate,
top with tofu and a side of broccoli,

When you've made all the enchiladas, pour another cup or two of the
sauce on top and spread it around with the back of a
spoon so that all the tortilla surfaces are coated with the
sauce.
Cut the chicken breast in half, cover with cling film and using a rolling pin gently bash the chicken so that it is roughly the same thickness all over, heat a non stick frying pan, add the coconut oil and when melted place your chicken in the pan,
on a moderate high heat slightly sear the chicken then finish cooking
on a medium heat, once the chicken is almost cooked add the orange, lemon and lime juice and the honey and bring to a rapid bubbling simmer until the
sauce thickens to a glaze, this will only take a minute or so, place the chicken in the lettuce wraps
spooning over the glaze, return the pan to the heat and add the coconut milk using a spatula scrap the coconut milk around the pan so that it picks up the left over cooking juices, take of the heat immediately,
top your sticky sweet glazed chicken with the salsa and finish off with a drizzle of the coconut dressing.
Serve warm, with the tahini - maple
sauce spooned on top or alongside.

spoon, spread a thin layer of the roasted tomato
sauce on top of the dough.
Lay it over the
top, then
spoon on the warm coconut
sauce.
