Chopped veggies with almond
butter, EPIC ® Bars (buy them on Amazon or make your own), a handful
of macadamia
nuts, or just a
spoonful of coconut oil mixed with almond
butter are all great options.
Instead, we use a
spoonful of nut or seed
butter to: a) make it extra tender, b) add depth to the flavour, and c) give a nice little boost
of plant - based protein.
A

of nice white meat turkey, sweet potatoes or mashed potatoes minus the
