It's a great place for
spotting nudibranches, batfish, stingray, eels and groupers.
Those two bommies are covered with anthias, damsel, butterfly, lionfish, look on the lower part you will for sure

During night dive our guests
spotted nudibranch, crabs and shrimps.
It's a great place to
spot nudibranchs, crocodilefish, scorpionfish and colourful clouds of fairy basslets.
Not exact matches
She was in awe as we
spotted Turtles, Humpheads, Sweetlips, and her favorites
Nudibranchs.
Nudibranch Heaven is a shallow dive
spot that boasts many puffer fish, moray eels, and small octopus.
The variation of
nudibranches at this
spot is unbelievable.
The macro that we have been
spotting around here is squat lobsters, painted spiny lobsters, squat shrimps, anemone shrimps, peacock tail shrimps, crabs,
nudibranch, flatworms, ornate and robust ghost pipe fish and so on.
And it's not just been big stuff — our guides have been
spotting Blue Dragon
nudibranchs, orang utan crabs and much more.
Clifton Rock encompasses an area with a large number of boulders, creating wonderful swim - throughs and secret
spots for marine life including
nudibranches, starfish, soft sponges and crayfish.
I think it is the best place to find
Nudibranches and Frog fish and that's just one of the many reasons why I love diving this
spot.
We found reef squid, octopus, some colourful Caribbean Sea
nudibranchs, arrow and neck crabs, or
spotted anemone shrimps on every dive.
This week, our dive guide Andy was proofing his ability to
spot the smallest and most amazing creatures you can find here on the Gili Islands like winged pipefish, hairy shrimps, ghost pipefish and some amazing looking
nudibranchs.
A few things you may
spot here are seahorses, frogfish, blue - ring and mimic octopus, ghost pipefish, bobtail squid and all sorts of
nudibranches.
Not only the big guys but several species of Pygmy sea horses,
nudibranchs and flatworms that were also
spotted along the dives in Raja Ampat.
The site is also a popular
spot for night diving and usually offers an array of turtles, small fish and
nudibranches.
Making a great
spot for a night dive, it's home to
nudibranchs, stingrays, scorpion fish, octopus as well as some great corals.
The macro and muck diving is also very good with great chances of
spotting rare critters like Frog Fishes and
Nudibranchs.
Look closely and you will
spot some of the many invertebrate species that call the wrecks home, including brightly coloured
nudibranchs, urchins, sponges and coral growth.
Bargibanti and Denise Pygmy Seahorse, Tasseled Scorpionfish, flatworms,
nudibranchs and even an Epaulette Shark (commonly seen during the night) were
spotted!
We
spotted school of barracudas, school of spade fish, big, many
nudibranch and beautiful pipe fish.
On this site the guests
spotted the first Blacktip Reef Shark of the cruise and also other few Pygmy Seahorses, a group of Blue -
spotted Stingrays and a few different
nudibranchs on some of the soft corals present.
This dive site was ideal for macro lovers considering the abundant amount of colorful
nudibranchs, sea slugs and flatworms
spotted by our dive guides especially in the shallows, together with crustaceans like the Hairy Shrimp; besides that it was an opportunity to
spot a Denise Pygmy Seahorse!
We
spotted a couple of
nudibranch, endemic yellow fin red snapper and many other small reef fish.
We
spotted many interesting creatures:
Nudibranch, crabs and many different types of shrimps.
As usual, our divemasters spend their time looking for critters, and some of the ones
spotted included:
nudibranchs, crabs, like the Decorator Crab, shrimps, like the Marbled Shrimp and scorpionfishes.
Some of the highlights seen during the dive included: Wobbegong Shark, Crocodile Fish, Marble Shrimp, Twin
spot Lion fish, Black Tip Sharks,
Nudibranchs, Cuttle fish.
The macro life
spotted were, in between others, Pygmy Seahorse, Porcelain Crab,
nudibranchs and Tasseled Scorpionfish.
Massive hard, soft coral and sponge formations are a playground for the colourful angelfish, butterflyfish, parrotfish to the wide range of critter life such as spiny
spotted crabs,
nudibranch, blennies.
We
spotted many
nudibranch, pygmy sea horses, porcelain crabs and many other interesting night creatures.
As for the masters of camouflage, the first
spotted Bargibanti Pygmy Seahorse was seen, together with a few different
nudibranchs and a Crocodile Fish.
Jacks, barracudas, moray eels, groupers, blue
spotted sting rays, Rainbow Runners and scorpion fish are among the larger inhabitants, while
Nudibranch, antheas, and a variety of clown fish, cover the smaller stuff.
Our divers
spotted walking shark, mantis shrimp, candy crab and few
nudibranch.
There are also several other great macro dive sites, including Ghost Town, and over 220
nudibranchs have been
spotted and documented in these areas.
We also
spotted 2 wobbegong sharks and some beautiful
nudibranch..
Fans of macro life and underwater photographers will also love this dive site with excellent chances of
spotting a frog fish, ribbon eels and many
nudibranchs.
We
spotted: pigmy sea horse, candy crabs, bobtail squid, wobbegong shark, frogfish, toad fish, stone fish,
nudibranch and at the end of the dive walking shark!
We
spotted 2 walking sharks, decorator crabs, moray eel and
nudibranch
Coral Garden, Drop - off and Seraya are mostly macro dive sites, where one can see two -
spotted lionfish, moray eels, ribbon eels, rock groupers at cleaning stations,
nudibranches, pygmy seahorse and sometimes even harlequin shrimps.

It's not unusual to
spot up to 10 different species of
nudibranchs and flatworms on a single dive.
We
spotted starg octopus, hermit crabs and many colourful
nudibranch.
However one dive site which does offer an amazing diversity of macro life is at one of the best shore dives in the world in Exmouth, called the Navy Pier, where you can
spot Frog fishes, Scorpion fishes and various
Nudibranchs.
