The frame received a light coat
of spray primer and then a few coats of white spray paint with a satin sheen.
I am going to try and use a white
spray primer first on my next piece once the weather is warmer and see if that cuts down on some of the labor time.

The easiest way is to paint them with
a spray primer first for easier painting.
