Pinwheels: A classic variation on the wrap,
spread a pita with hummus or cream cheese, roll and slice.
Spread the pita with the pesto sauce.
Spread each pita with a good layer of sauce; top with vegan mozzarella cheese and a sprinkling of dried oregano if desired.
