detox your system and there's no better way to do that than by eating as many live
foods as possible.
During
spring, I find my body naturally drawn toward detoxifying
foods and fresh greens — probably because

detox the liver and because my body is craving leafy greens after a cold winter subsisting on mostly frozen veggies since I almost live in the Arctic Circle.
