Traditionally, brigadeiros are found
with a coating of thin, crunchy chocolate
sprinkles, but you can go crazy
with fun coatings here — roll the candy balls in
cocoa powder, grated chocolate, toasted shredded coconut, or finely chopped nuts of all sorts.
I rolled my truffles in festive silver
sprinkles because it's December, but normally I just dust them
with dark
cocoa powder.

Sprinkle the top of your smoothie
with a pinch of
cocoa powder and add some ice cubes if you desire.
Pour the smoothie into cup and
sprinkle the top
with cocoa powder.
When lightly browned, it's stacked on the plate,
sprinkled with banana slices and topped
with Kahlua whipped cream and
cocoa powder.
One thing that I miss is hot fudge pudding cake (a kind of «floating island» dessert where you make a thick cake batter,
sprinkle over a sugar /
cocoa powder mix and cover
with hot water, then bake until the cake part rises and «floats» on top of a hot fudge - like pudding sauce.)
Finally, place a dollop of whipped cream onto each torte and garnish
with a
