Sometimes we eat it on an Ezekiel
sprouted grain tortilla with a few spinach leaves, in a nori wrap, as a dip with dehydrated crackers or raw vegetables or my favorite way with hearts of romaine lettuce.
I often use
the sprouted grain tortilla wraps but sometimes they are tricky to find.

I used
a sprouted grain tortilla, which makes them easier to digest and full of nutrients.
Each of the grains (wheat, barley, spelt, millet) and legumes (lentils, soybeans) are germinated for different lengths of time for maximum nutrition depending on the product we are producing (Sprouted Grain Breads, Sprouted Grain English Muffins,
Sprouted Grain Tortillas, Sprouted Grain Cereal or Sprouted Grain Pasta).

As far as grains go, we have been sticking to whole oats and I have purchased ezekiel

Corn or alternative - flour
tortillas (like spelt or
sprouted grain) tend to be drier, which makes them more susceptible to tearing when rolling (a ripped burrito is a sad, sad thing).
How about replacing processed foods like waffles, buns,
tortillas, pitas, bagels, and boxed cereals with organic,
sprouted, whole
grain breads and hot cereals that are digestible, provide actual nutrition, and give energy to growing and developing bodies?
