Once in a while I will have
wheat products now (usually in the form of ezekiel
sprouted grain & seed
bread) and the only dairy I consume outside of cheat meals is greek yogurt.
Also, most
sprouted breads contain vital
wheat gluten, a very unhealthy additive!
What about
bread from
sprouted wheat flours (non sourdough)?

bread and the first ingredient is a
sprouted grain flour and not regular
wheat flour.
Sometimes, some
breads are called «
sprouted grain», but the first ingredient is still regular
wheat flour, and the
sprouted grains are secondary ingredients.
It's not that all
breads are «bad,» but rather that any flour (organic or not) is much higher - glycemic than its whole grain counterpart, regardless of whether it comes from
sprouted wheat, whole
wheat, etc..
